Student Service Center

The Student Service Center is the customer service area representing the Registrar, Bursar and Financial Aid offices. We handle general functions of these three offices and can also direct students to different departments in the college for help. Our goal is to assist our students in every way possible throughout their college experience here at Ursuline.

We also provide students with their Student IDs and parking passes. The Registrar, Leah Sullivan and the Transfer Evaluator/Cert. Coordinator, Susan Kramer are located in Mullen 202B.

The main functions the center provides with regard to the Bursar's office are bill payments, tuition deferments, tuiton and fee questions, providing copies of student statements, and setting up a payment plan. If students have questions on the payment plan please contact the center. *Accelerated Nursing Students who need to sign up for the payment plan, please contact Michelle in the Bursar's office at 440 646 8310.

If students need to meet with a financial aid counselor in-person, they can contact the center to set up an appointment.

*2011-2012 FAFSA's are now available. Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the online application. Please file as early as possible to take full advantage of funds you may be eligible for.
