When filling out your selections, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Students are encouraged to register at one time for all three sessions. Doing so helps secure yourself a seat in heavily enrolled courses; however, you are free to register for courses session by session. Changes in registration will incur a $15 fee.
  2. Confirmation of your course schedule and balance due will be sent to you within 10-14 business days via U.S. mail.
  3. Students with a hold on their account will not be registered for classes nor will a spot be reserved for them in the class until the hold is cleared.

Payment Options
The following options are provided for paying your tuition. Please indicate your intended method of payment for the above courses:

Cash, Check, Money Order
Payment is due prior to the first day of class. Please make checks payable to Ursuline College and include your SSN#.

Credit Card
Please call the UCAP Office at 440-684-6130 to provide us with your credit card information.

Tuition Deferment
Payment is due 30 days after the end of the semester for which you are registering. Students must supply a copy of their company's tuition reimbursement policy, pay a $25/semester deferment fee and fill out the Tuition Deferment Application.

Third Party Billing
Payment is due prior to the first day of class. Students must supply the College with a verification letter from their employer.

Financial Aid Award
Students must supply a copy of their award letter.

I also understand that I am responsible for tuition payment due even if I do not receive a tuition reimbursement from my employer, the third party billing option or financial aid award.
